Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We carefully check the contents of all orders before shipping to customers. You can order with confidence, just like any retailer. Our return policy is designed to provide you with a worry-free experience in case you need to return an item.
All warranties begin on the date you receive the product. We will accept returns if the product fails during the warranty period and the failure is due to quality issues and not your own damage or misuse.
Return Eligibility:
1. You can return an item for a refund or exchange with in 30 days of purchase. (Items that were damaged or misused after receipt and problems caused by logistics are excluded).
2. Defective items must be reported and returned to us within the warranty period (in the original packaging if possible). You must tell us what the defect is and provide your order number. We do not repair or replace products that have expired under warranty.
Return Process:
1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return request.
2. Provide your order number, details of the item you are returning, and the reason for the return.
3. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
Refunds:
Once the returned merchandise is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds will be available in approximately 3-5 business days.
Damaged Or Defective Merchandise:
1. In rare cases, rough handling by the courier may cause physical damage to your merchandise. If possible, please complain directly to the courier's delivery representative before signing for the goods. They will advise you on the complaint process.
2. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise (which is rare), please contact us immediately with your order number and a complete description/image of the problem with the damaged merchandise. We may need photos or other information to resolve the problem in a timely manner.
